Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

In short
  • We only collect what you type into the enquiry form, and we use it only to reply to you and arrange the two-week test.
  • We don’t sell your details, use them for marketing without asking, or use them to train AI.
  • This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: info@ingeniumz.com.

1. Who we are

TrueVoice is a product of IngeniumZ Technology Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14391788) with its registered office at 15 Lansdowne Avenue, Maidstone ME15 9DL, United Kingdom.

We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website, truevoice.ingeniumz.com. For any privacy question or request, email info@ingeniumz.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the “Start the two-week test” form, we collect:

InformationRequired?
Your name, company and work emailRequired — without them we cannot reply to you
Phone numberOptional
Call center size and what you would like TrueVoice to checkOptional

We also record the date and time of your enquiry. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Please don’t include sensitive personal data, or details of your customers, in the free-text box.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • To arrange and run the two-week test if you go ahead.
  • To follow up with you about that enquiry.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, and taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with you. We don’t make automated decisions about you.

We will not use your details for direct marketing (such as newsletters or promotions) unless you separately agree to it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t share your details with anyone else, except service providers who process them on our behalf to run this website and our email:

  • Vercel hosts this website. Form submissions pass through Vercel’s servers in the United States.
  • Google (Google Workspace) delivers your enquiry to our mailbox and stores it in our email and a spreadsheet in our Google account. Google may store data in data centres outside Hong Kong.

This means your details may be processed outside the UK and Hong Kong, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, our providers’ data processing terms include safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

We may also disclose information to our professional advisers, or where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and delete them within 12 months of our last contact with you — unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.

Call recordings you share for the two-week test are not collected through this website. They are handled under a separate agreement, deleted after the test, and never used to train AI.

6. How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Enquiries go straight to our Google Workspace account, which only authorised staff can access, and our service providers are required to keep your data secure.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), you have the right to:

  • get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
  • have it deleted;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable format.

If you are in Hong Kong, you also have the right to access and correct your data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

To make a request, email info@ingeniumz.com. Requests are normally free, and we will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or, in Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (pcpd.org.hk).

8. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
